On this day 39 years ago Roe v. Wade gave people across the country freedom to choose when and if they will have a child by providing them the opportunity to have safe and legal abortion.
In honor of Roe, NARAL is having a Tweet for Choice Day to tell politicians that we will note vote for someone who would overturn such an essential part of our freedom and healthcare. In fact, they are having a whole day of action. So head on over to Twitter and use the hash tag #tweet4choice.
I will be doing a post on Roe later; this is just a friendly reminder to make your voice heard and honor Roe!
