Does anyone have any graphic design skills?

I’m thinking it would be really awesome to make some kind of logo/banner for the top of my page but I am lacking in software to make this happen. Is anyone interested in helping me out? I will repay you in high-fives, gif-sets,sexual health themed goodies and safer sex supplies.
