I have a question about vaginal discharge... mine seems a little weird. It often has a similar consistancy to egg whites or mucus (more solidy, stringy bits), but is normally clear-off white-whiteish in colour. The times when it seems to have a more normal consistancy, it's slighty greenish or yellowish. There is absolutely no itching or weird feelings, but there is a kind of acidic smell. It doesn't seem like any infection I've heard of- what could be causing this? Should I just go to a doctor?

Your discharge changes in consistency, color, and smell over the course of the month. This can actually signal where you are in your cycle in terms of ovulation as well, (pretty cool, huh).
If this is a new occurrence and is partnered with any pain, itching, new/unusual smells then I would encourage you to see a doctor just to be sure. However, what you described does sound perfectly normal.
