What would you recommend as a good condom safe lube? I've had problems with pretty much every one I've tried, including ones touted as natural. They all sting like hell!

I’m not sure if you’ve already tried it (it is one of the “natural” lubes), but Sliquid Organics Silk is a really fantastic condom safe lube. It is toxin-free, body safe, and is a really great quality product.
If you don’t care as much about the toxin-free/body-safe/vegan aspects of the lube, another great product is Liquid Silk. It imitates bodily fluids really well, and is condom compatible.
